DESIGNERS AND ARTISTS CREATE TO SUPPORT PEACE IN UKRAINE

World-famous designers and artists from around the world initiate a fundraising in support of the Ukraine. This was reported by the popular online magazine about design and architecture Dezeen. Here is a collection of works and posts in social networks in support of the Ukraine, which have been created over the past two weeks by designers and artists from around the world. Most of them organize fundraising, and also transfer money themselves to the accounts of humanitarian organizations currently working in Ukraine. The publication reports that more and more well-known brands in the world of design are joining the action. So Pantone called for assistance to refugees: it is known that more than one and a half million people from Ukraine were forced to leave their homeland.
At the same time, three Lithuanian companies working in the field of design, PR and digital marketing, FOLK, VSBL and Blue Oceans PR, created the platforms, where they invite people to send their works expressing a reaction to what is happening on the territory of Ukraine. In order to distribute them as much as possible, the organizers set one condition: all works posted on the platform can be downloaded and used for free – with the mention of the author’s name.
