Project "Artel" is a 3-storey building consisting of modules overlapping each other and forming a tower-like structure, similar to the tower from the jenga game. The house was created not only for housing, but also for society, it has a cafe, research rooms, a coworking space, a cinema and others to attract and impoverish people with common interests and goals in order to live, develop, communicate and unite. Anyone can come there! The first floor of the house is public, all zones are designed for joint work, recreation, entertainment. The second floor houses the living quarters with various bedrooms, terraces and quiet time areas. Multifunctional space and recreation areas on the terraces are located on the 3rd floor. The house is supposed to be made of environmentally friendly materials, the impact on the external environment is reduced to a minimum. Society at home leads an eco-friendly lifestyle and tells the rest about it!
