The Congress Center is a space for meetings of representatives of different industries and professions, organized for business and informational interaction, which accompany exhibitions or are held independently. The main objective of such events is to create a communication environment for the exchange of information on industrial and technological achievements and scientific and practical developments. My view of the congress center is connected with a theatricality. We can go to the same building on different days, but find a completely new picture of what is happening. This stage of the birth of space, hidden from the eyes of the viewer, is of particular interest to me. I think it is important to rethink not only the functional content of the building, but also the way of life of visitors. Starting from their perception of what they saw, ending with their involvement in the game of “Behind the Scenes”. In addition to architectural elements, the space is formed by the participants and workers of the complex themselves. Hurrying builders everywhere, erecting metal structures. Assemble, disassemble, move! Everything is changing at such a speed that it is difficult to keep track of everything and it is impossible to break away. The building is a cylindrical volume with a courtyard and radial elements forming additional functional blocks: an amphitheater, a forest, an IT cluster, an art garden and sports grounds. Various events can be held in this distribution: congresses, conferences, presentations or parties. If necessary, these activities can be carried out outdoors, equipped as a natural extension of the interior space.
