The main concept of the low-rise residential building is to turn it from an exclusively residential into a communication node. Thus, it will organically combine recreation areas and areas of social interaction of residents. Human is a spectator. He explores the world, gathers and shapes the surrounding space, learns about himself through interaction with society. Proper zoning will allow to outline the boundaries of personal and public.
