Pavilion "Sponge" The name reflects the form and idea. The pavilion building has a porous structure created with the help of semicircular openings in the walls, and is shaped like a sponge. The main idea of the project: the pavilion, like a sponge, absorbs knowledge and interests. In it, people exchange stories, experiences, communicate with each other, invent and develop new projects. Natural Principles: The original function of the pavilion is to educate about environmental issues. On the ground floor there is an area with aquariums where you can look at underwater inhabitants, in the scientific area to discuss the problem of extinction of animals and ways to solve it. Thanks to the openings in the walls, interesting lighting is created, changing from the time of day and from the angle of incidence of the sun's rays. Because of this, the pavilion practically does not need artificial lighting, for which it is necessary to generate a large amount of electricity. The pavilion consists of three "blocks" - floors, in plan it represents three rectangles of different sizes displaced relative to each other, the lower of which, the base, is the most massive. Items are lightweight and portable. Each floor of the pavilion is a solid and independent structure that can be moved. Blocks can either function on their own or form a single composition with other blocks. Each floor has its own functions, is divided into zones that are displayed on the layout: a lecture hall - a scientific zone, an interactive scientific - exhibition zone, a wardrobe, a sports zone, a souvenir shop, a cafe - food zone, an interactive - scientific zone with aquariums, a toilet, an entrance zone - a recreation area, a master class area, an animal treatment area.
