The concept is a flexible and long-term strategy for shaping the sustainable development of the area while preserving its unique natural qualities. At the center of the concept is a dynamic landscape that provides social, economic and environmental stability to new communities, as well as low-carbon transportation and energy infrastructure to ensure a green future for generations to come. Extensive easily accessible forests, open water bodies, and landscaped topography provide remarkable conditions for a creation of compact urban areas. Each urban area (cluster) will function as a separate neighbourhood with a central core of local services and facilities located within a 15 minute walk from home. A green circlular line will connect all clusters, "sewing" the neighbourhood together, using the existing landscape as the basis for new urban areas. The strategy aims to encourage new healthy and eco-friendly lifestyles and provide a quality of urban life experience with the benefits of living in a country-side.
