Starship armchair associatively refers to the famous space trilogy due to the main decoration: armrests in the form of through turbines. They are functional, can be used to store print media, bags, portfolio. The idea was to create a simple form and make a chair, convenient in functionality, emotional in aesthetics and timeless design. The stability of the structure is ensured by a steel frame, ergonomics with an anatomical back and soft filling. It has an interesting size format: its depth is only 65cm, which is relevant for small rooms. Dimensions (cm): width - 85, height - 80, depth - 65, the height of the seat - 40. The material for the entire design of the prototype was obedient metal, and for the upholstery - a variety of popular furniture fabric. Inside is a soft filler. Disassembled into three parts. Velcro upholstery, which facilitates cleaning. Variation complete with the same sofa will provide the interior with an unusual spatial atmosphere. The chair was designed in 2021 and made by its author in 2022. Despite the possibility of a thorough computer study of the project, preference was given a direct connection with it, fixing the plan exclusively manually. The total manufacturing time by one person is no more than 24 hours.
