The winery complex has a production capacity of 200,000 liters of wine per year

Location: Russian Federation, the Crimea near the village of Rodnoye

Description:

The place for the design of the wine complex is located in a picturesque place of the Crimea near the village of Rodnoye. The plot has an elongated shape with a length of about 400 m and a slope with a view of the vineyards. In addition to grapes, pomegranate trees grow in this area. Pomegranate wine is a unique drink that is considered an elixir of youth and a powerful antioxidant. Therefore, the semantic idea of the image of the projected winery complex and its main focus was a pomegranate seed lying on the roof of an elongated winery, "burrowing" underground. The panoramic glazing of the main facade reflects the mountainous terrain and vineyards. According to the project, the building is partially integrated into the relief and has a gravity system. Production facilities, a wine storage and a gallery of modern art are designed underground. One of the interesting places to visit the winery is the wine library, which is an "atmospheric space" where you can taste wines, listen to the history of this unique drink and information about the creation process. In the structure of the landscape organization of the site, attention is focused on the creation of a trail with cypresses and a rose garden, in terms of the winery associated with the "green roof", forming a branch with a bright and sparkling pomegranate fruit, represented by the volume of the spa center. In the structure of the winery, a production area is allocated, in which natural cosmetics are produced from grape and pomegranate seeds, as well as rose petals. The structure of the wine complex includes: a hotel, eco-parking, a small courtyard at the entrance, a rose garden and a pomegranate garden.
