МНОГОФУНКЦИОНАЛЬНЫЙ УЧЕБНО-НАУЧНЫЙ КОМПЛЕКС В ГОРОДЕ ЛЕСНОМ СВЕРДЛОВСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ. Городской округ "Город Лесной" - одно из закрытых административно-территориальных образований и составная часть единого технологического цикла ядерного комплекса страны. Целью проекта является создание нового учебного комплекса, который позволит сформировать новую точку притяжения и бренд территории. Отличительные особенности проектируемых пространств - адаптивность, интеграция в природную среду. Главная фукция комплекса - образование. Как и в зонировании г.Лесной, в нём есть "общедоступное" и "секретное". Передвижение посетителя - отображение процесса научного исследования. Сначала он видит доступные многофункциональные пространства, где может получить базовую информацию. далее человек попадает в зоны с более сложной структурой, где может получить углублённые знания. "Ядро" комплекса - система научных лабораторий, в которые можно попасть только по спецдопуску. Также комплекс включает выставочные пространства, гостиницу, столовую, библиотеку, коворкинг. Все они общедоступны. В проекте мы ставили задачу во внешнем виде повторить философию внутреннего перемещения. Чем сложнее и секретнее функции, наполняющие объём, тем сложнее и интереснее внешний вид. Комплекс невысокий, около 30м по отметке парапета, что позволяет создать плавный переход от природного окружения и визуально “растворить объект”. Связкой объекта с окружающим его благоустройством выступает пандус, ведущий из выставочного блока на улицу. The purpose of the project is to create a new educational complex, which will create a new point of attraction and a brand of the territory. Distinctive features of the designed spaces are adaptability, integration into the natural environment. The main function of the complex is education. As in the zoning of the city of Lesnoy, it has "public" and "secret". The movement of the visitor is a reflection of the process of scientific research. First, he sees the available multifunctional spaces where he can get basic information, then a person gets into zones with a more complex structure, where he can get in-depth knowledge. The "core" of the complex is a system of scientific laboratories, which can only be entered with a special permit. The complex also includes exhibition spaces, a hotel, a canteen, a library, and coworking. All of them are public. In the project, we set the task to repeat the philosophy of internal movement in appearance. The more complex and secret the functions that fill the volume, the more complex and interesting the appearance. The complex is low, about 30m along the parapet level, which allows creating a smooth transition from the natural environment and visually “dissolving the object”. A ramp leading from the exhibition block to the street acts as a link between the object and the surrounding landscape.
