Concept includes a volume floating in the air with a three-layer permeable facade. In terms of the building is a quadrangle of irregular shape, which resembles the constellation cygnus. In general, there are many symbolic components in this project. "Airy fabric" of colonnade, for example, repeats texture of a light pleated wedding dress. Two cylindrical volumes inside the building serve as symbols of the steadfastness and fundamental nature of family values.
